จากความเลื่อมใสศรัทธาในพระพุทธศาสนาของ คุณฆรณี แสงมณี จนได้สร้างวาสนา บารมี สืบทอดและทำนุบำรุงพระพุทธศาสนา ศึกษาพระธรรมคำสั่งสอนและอุปัฏฐากพระอริยสงฆ์มาอย่างยาวนานกว่า 25 ปี ได้รับมอบอัฐิธาตุ เกศาธาตุ และอังคารธาตุ ของพระอริยสงฆ์ทั่วประเทศไทย ซึ่งปัจจุบันได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแปรเป็นพระธาตุกว่า 400 องค์ ที่ถูกรวมรวมไว้ใน “อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์พระธาตุ พระอริยสงฆ์ไทย” โดยคำแนะนำของ “พระญาณรักขิต” หรือหลวงพ่อแผน โสภโณ วัดภูปูนในฝัน อำเภอสมเด็จ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ เพื่อบูชาคุณพ่อแม่ครูบาอาจารย์ พระอริยสงฆ์และให้ประชาชนทั่วไปได้มีโอกาสได้กราบไหว้สักการะบูชาเป็นบุญวาสนาเป็นที่ยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจ แสดงให้เห็นว่าปัจจุบันนี้ก็ยังมีการปฏิบัติเพื่อบรรลุธรรมของพระอรหันต์นั้นยังมีอยู่จริง ภายในอาคาร พิพิธภัณฑ์พระธาตุ พระอริยสงฆ์ไทย มีห้องโถงใหญ่เป็นการจัดแสดงอัฐิธาตุ เกศาธาตุ และอังคารธาตุ ของพระอริยสงฆ์ทั่วประเทศไทย ทั้งที่ได้ละสังขารแล้วและยังมีชีวิตอยู่มากกว่า 400 องค์ อาทิเช่น หลวงปู่เสาร์ กันตสีโล, หลวงปู่มั่น ภูริทัตโต, หลวงปู่จันทร์ศรี จันททีโป, หลวงปู่จวน กุลเชฏโฐ, หลวงตามหาบัว ญาณสัมปันโน, หลวงปู่อินทร์ถวาย สันตัสสโก เป็นต้น และพระรูปเหมือนพระอริยสงฆ์จำนวนมาก อีกห้องเป็นห้องที่มีบุษบกเป็นที่ประดิษฐานพระบรมสารีริกธาตุและพระพุทธรูปที่มีความสำคัญและศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ซึ่งสามารถกราบไหว้ขอพรและนั่งสมาธิได้ในห้องนี้ อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์พระธาตุ พระอริยสงฆ์ไทย ได้มีพิธีวางศิลาฤกษ์ในวัน ที่ 5 มีนาคม 2564 โดยมี พระญาณรักขิต เป็นองค์ประธานในพิธี และได้มีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 25 มกราคม 2565 ปัจจุบันได้มีพระอริยสงฆ์หลายรูปได้เดินทางมาเยี่ยมชม รวมถึงเจ้าคุณสมเด็จพระมหาวีรวงศ์ (สุชิน อัคคชิโต) กรรมการ มหาเถรสมาคม เลขานุการสมเด็จพระสังฆราช ซึ่งมีภาพถ่ายจัดแสดงอยู่ด้านในพิพิธภัณฑ์ ด้านข้างอาคารมีร้านให้บริการเครื่องดื่ม เช่น กาแฟ น้ำมะนาวโซดา โกโก้เย็น ชาเขียวเย็น เป็นต้น
