ร้าน สตีฟ คาเฟ่ แอนด์ ครุยซีน สาขาสอง พระรามหกซอย 41 (หรือเข้าประดิพัทธ์ซอย 2) ในบ้านเก่าแก่เนื้อที่ 1 ไร่ สไตล์สวนสวย ร่มรื่น พร้อมที่จอดรถ พร้อมให้บริการแล้ว กับอาหารไทยในสไตล์สตีฟและรูปแบบโฮมเมดเหมือนเดิม เพิ่มเติมคืออยู่ในเมืองและความชิว ผมทำร้านในลักษณะของ “โฮมเมด” อาหารจะ “ทำถ้วยต่อถ้วย จานต่อจาน” เมื่อสั่งฉะนั้นอาหารร้านผมจะช้า กรุณาอย่าบ่นหรือเร่ง และร้าเราใช้ของสดทั้งหมด ร้านผมไม่ต้องบอกเวลาสั่งอาหารว่า “ไม่ใส่ผงชูรส” เพราะผมไม่นิยมใช้ และ “ไม่ใช้ผงชูรสหรือผงปรุงรส” ร้านผมใช้ “น้ำตาลปี๊บแทนน้ำตาลทราย” เกือบทั้งหมด ร้านผมน้ำซุปสต๊อกเราใช้เป็น “น้ำต้มผัก” เพราะโบราณมีคำว่า “ยามรักน้ำต้มผักก็ว่าหวาน” เรา “ไม่ใช้น้ำซี่โครงไก่หรือกระดูกหมู” เพราะอาหารจะคาวและมัน

Now Steve’s Café & Cuisine opened its 2nd Branch located at Rama 6 Soi 41 (Pradiphat Soi 2) just 8 minuets from JJ market Please Come and enjoy the same homemade Thai food in Steve’s style in a Vintage home with its surrounding garden on a 1 Rai stretch of land with ample parking. Our 2nd branch though in the city offers a relaxing atmosphere. Food at Steve Café and Cuisine is “Homemade” style. Every single dish is cooked freshly from best ingredients by our chef right after you order. This will take a little more time. Please be patient for the best flavor. Our food is “free of monosodium glutamate” (MSG) We only serve the pure flavor and healthy ingredients to our customers. We use palm sugar instead of granulated sugar for the authentic Thai flavor. Our broth is made of vegetable, not chicken or pork, to give the original flavor of Thai food.
